By accessing or using ThinkSpatial ("the Service"), operated by ThinkSpatial ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ThinkSpatial is a spatial thinking platform that helps users organize, explore, and develop ideas using AI-assisted tools including voice interaction, knowledge mapping, and cognitive analysis. The Service may include free and paid features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, spam, or harmful code
• Is harassing, defamatory, or threatening

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, suggestions, and analysis. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it.

6. Credits and Payments

Certain features require ThinkPoints (credits). Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Free credits may expire or be modified at our discretion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to develop competing products
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMAGINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
